Dioclentian's Palace, Split

I finished my last post with I spent the afternoon walking around the palace. Split's main tourist attracation is the Dioclentian's Palace which is a Roman Ruin. The palace is in the middle of the city and has changed over the years but is home and shops to a lot of the people in the city. It is a real mix of Roman columns, Egyptian Sphinxes mixed with what appear to be venetian terreces and windows.
